Sustainability of specific ecosystems in the Republic of Srpska

The project application envisages a visit of particularly interesting ecosystems in the Republic of Srpska, as well as an inventory of ecosystem assets in these ecosystems. Ecosystem goods are resources originating from the ecosystem, and humans use them in their natural or transformed form (eg forest resources or bottled water). Given that the category of cultural ecosystem services includes, among other things, tourism and recreation, special emphasis will be placed on visiting ecosystems that are promoted in tourism and ecosystems that are interesting from the aspect of inventorying genetic resources, and an assessment of the anthropogenic impact on these ecosystems will be carried out.

Estimated duration of the project: one year (01.01. 2023 - 31.12.2023.)
